| Craig Krenzel to be Keynote Speaker at Friday Luncheon at OTA Winter Conference |
| Krenzel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio State University, where he led the Buckeyes to an undefeated season in 2002, a victory in the 2003 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and to the National Championship. | OTA Constitution Change |
At the June 2009 meeting of the Ohio Township Association (OTA) Board of Directors, a recommendation was made to alter the OTA Constitution with respect to the officers' nominating committee. Article V, Section 3 of the Constitution currently requires the officers' nominating committee be comprised of nine individuals from nine different counties and the committee is charged with interviewing and recommending all officer candidates. The recommendation approved by the Board, and now subject to a vote by the full membership at the annual winter conference, is to reduce from nine to five the number of people on the officers' nominating committee. All active members of the OTA in attendance at the annual winter conference on Feb. 18 will vote on the matter.
