For Sale: 1969 Mack Fire Engine

Sale Price: $4,000

The Spring Valley Township Fire Department is selling a
1969 Mack CF-600 Fire Engine.
This vehicle is in good working condition, VIN CF11F1213.

Vehicle has a newer (1987) GPM waterous pump, replaced due to external damage to original pump. New pump is down rated to 1000 GPM to maintain 5" intakes, includes three 10' sections of 5" hard suction and three 10' sections of 2 1/2" hard suction. Pump currently certified until October 2008.
All maintenance records available and manuals included for new pump.

Vehicle is in sound operating condition, small amount of rust on body. Vehicle has leak in tank to pump line, all other piping in good condition. Vehicle is equipped with a mounted smooth bore master stream nozzle and 200' booster reels. Two 1 1/2" discharges are located in the hose bed.

Vehicle has Q2A siren and newer front light bar and rear rotators with newer control box. Tires are in good condition, newer hose bed cover. Vehicle has original paint and gold leaf lettering and striping.

Equipment included: 40' pole ladder, 14' roof ladder and 10' attic ladder with all current certifications. Two pick head axes mounted to cab sides and 10' wooded pike pole. Five SCBA mounts, three in riding positions. Removable 500-watt telescoping light on tripod mounted on tailboard. Various adapters for 5" connections, mounting brackets for extinguishers and several adapters included.
